Academic Transcript Request
This form is used to request Official RIT Academic Transcripts.
Add/Drop Form
This form can be used to add courses when the instructor's permission is needed to add into the course. The form must be completed, signed by the instructor, and taken to the department offering the course for processing.
Application for Graduation
This form is needed for those who are intending to graduate within four quarters of the current date. The form must be completed and returned to the NSSA Student Services Office when you come in for your graduation evaluation appointment.
Request for Co-op Based on Previous Experience
The form can be used as a petition to request co-op credit based on previous RELATED experiences you may have had either prior to or during your time as an RIT student. Keep in mind since this is a request, all petitions may not be approved.
Unofficial Program Planning Sheet
This form is an unofficial program planning sheet. You can use it to plan out your course schedules for your entire degree program.
Request to Take Courses at Another College or University
If you want to complete a course at another institution and use it to count toward your RIT degree (other than for your liberal arts requirements) you must complete and turn in this form to the NSSA Student Services Office to gain prior approval. This form must be completed prior to completing the course and the request must be approved to have the course count toward your degree.
If you would like to take a course to fulfill your liberal arts requirements you will want to contact the College of Liberal Arts Office of Student Services to obtain the appropriate form and approval.
Request for Permission to Overload Credit Hours
Students who would like to take over 18 credit hours, but are not eligible to register for over 18 credits can complete this form and turn it in to request permission from the department. If permission is granted the student will be registered for their additional course by the department as long as there are seats remaining.
